The national employment system is composed of the public employment service state and public employment services of the autonomous communities.

One of the principles that the law 56 / 2003 , 16 December, states in article 8 for the organization and operation of the national employment system (SNE) is the transparency in the functioning of the labour market, taking into account, as essential elements to ensure this principle:

  • The integration, compatibility and coordination of information systems of public employment services which is a reality since the implementation of the system SISPE in the month of May 2005 .
  • The existence of a common site telematic network which allows the knowledge by citizens of tenders, applications for employment and training opportunities throughout the state, as in the rest of the countries of the European Economic Area.

Therefore, the national employment system has created this PORTAL that is a portal for all that complies with the constitutional principle of equal opportunities in access to employment and non-discrimination, as well as with the principle of free for both workers and employers.

The Portal of the national employment system allows different users, several features that over time will be increasing, improve and update according to the needs.

Applicable regulations.

The data transmitted by workers and employers through the Portal, will be incorporated into an automated file of data, whose use will be solely for the purpose for which it was created.

The data will be treated with the appropriate level of protection and with the necessary security measures to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access for different purposes for which they have been requested by the user, complying with the established in the Organic Law 15 / 1999 , 13 December, on the protection of Personal data and its implementing provisions and development.

Through the Portal all users that contribute data lend their express consent to use these to the previously stated purpose, declaring furthermore, the veracity of the data that provide, podent accredit through public or private documentation to prove this.
